What is scinops-watcher?

One health URL for every system you run. It checks websites and APIs, GitHub Actions, scripts over SSH, hosts by ping, cron-job heartbeats and Docker containers, shows them on one page, raises incidents, and gives every system and every group a stable health URL an external monitor can watch. This instance is a demo: the systems are made up, nothing you do is saved, and nothing is sent anywhere.
